Parvocare Melt In Mouth Tablets
Parvocare is a feed supplement derived from chicken egg yolk following hyperimmunization of layer hens using CPV antigen. It is enriched with effector molecules of immunity that are effective against the common strains of CPV-2 such as CPV-2a, CPV-2b & CPV-2c. Including the Parvocare MMT into the routine treatment protocols significantly increases the positive clinical outcomes. Sudden onset and faster resolution of clinical signs makes it an attractive option to the pet practitioners.

Purified globular protein fraction of chicken egg yolk q.s.
Excipients q.s.
Recommendations: 1-2 Tablets/day. The tablet is recommended for a minimum period of 5-7 days or till severity of clinical symptoms subsides.
Clinical signs of canine parvoviral enteritis: The CPE is an acute, contagious and infectious viral disease, commonly affecting young puppies and susceptible dogs. Without treatment, it is often a fatal disease ending in severe dehydration, septic shock and multiple organ failure.
The clinical signs of CPE include lack of appetite, haemorrhagic enteritis, fever/low body temperature, vomiting, lethargy and abdominal pain.
Mode of action: Antibodies being the active ingredient of the tablet remain protected from acid induced and proteolytic enzymes mediated damages. Antibodies reach the small intestine affected by canine parvovirus to mediate a local action resulting in virus clearance and mitigation of the severity of disease.
Benefits: Faster resolution of clinical signs such as lack of appetite, vomiting, diarrhoea and lethargy.
Side effects: Parvocare tablet is generally well tolerated by dogs of all age groups.
Directions for use: Place the MMT into the dog's mouth and keep the mouth closed for a sufficient amount of time (in seconds) which is to ensure tablet dispersion and be swallowed. The MMT disintegrates quickly upon contact with saliva in dog's mouth.
Storage: Room temperature is ideal for both transportation and storage in airtight containers. Do not freeze.
